Terms of Service

By accessing the Verzatile website, placing an order, or using any Verzatile service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or complete a purchase.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Verzatile's website and services, including real estate agents, brokers, property owners, and marketing professionals.

Verzatile provides AI-generated real estate marketing services, including but not limited to:

• AI-generated cinematic property walkthroughs
• Property marketing videos
• Property advertisements (horizontal and vertical formats)
• Business cards with QR codes linking to property media
• Digital marketing materials related to property listings

Verzatile is not a real estate brokerage. We do not list, sell, lease, or represent real property in any transaction. Verzatile is strictly a marketing service that produces promotional media on behalf of our customers.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to purchase Verzatile's services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Verzatile does not directly collect, view, or store your full payment card details. That information is handled entirely by Stripe in accordance with its own security standards and privacy practices.

Full payment is generally required at the time of order to begin production, unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, through a custom invoice for enterprise or bulk orders).

Because every order is custom-produced specifically for your listing using your submitted photos and details, refunds are generally not available once production has begun. Production typically begins shortly after payment is confirmed.

If you believe there has been an error with your order, or if Verzatile is unable to deliver the service you purchased, please contact us. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include a partial refund, credit, or re-delivery, at Verzatile's discretion.

Estimated delivery times are provided on our website and at checkout for convenience. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on order volume, complexity, the quality and completeness of submitted materials, and other factors outside our control.

Verzatile is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from delivery taking longer than an estimated timeframe.

The Marketing Suite package includes one complimentary video revision or change of the customer's choice. The Basic and Deluxe packages do not include a complimentary revision unless purchased separately as an add-on.

Additional revisions beyond what is included in your package, or revisions requested for packages that do not include one, may incur additional fees. Revision requests should be submitted promptly after delivery. Requests made a significant time after delivery may be treated as a new order.

By submitting photos, listing details, or any other materials to Verzatile, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to all uploaded photos and listing information, or you have obtained permission to use and submit them to us for the purpose of producing marketing materials.
• All information you provide (pricing, square footage, beds/baths, address, agent contact details, etc.) is accurate to the best of your knowledge at the time of submission.
• You have the authority to request marketing materials for the property in question (for example, as the listing agent, broker, or property owner).

You are responsible for reviewing all deliverables before publishing or distributing them.

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final delivered materials (videos, advertisements, staged images, and related assets) for the marketing of the specific property they were created for.

Verzatile retains the right to use completed work in its own portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing. Draft materials, intermediate files, and any underlying tools, templates, or AI models used to produce your deliverables remain the property of Verzatile.

Verzatile's deliverables are generated using artificial intelligence tools. While we aim for high-quality, accurate results, AI-generated content may occasionally contain minor imperfections, visual artifacts, or inconsistencies.

You should always carefully review all AI-generated materials before publishing or distributing them. Verzatile is not responsible for issues arising from a customer's failure to review deliverables prior to use.

Verzatile produces marketing materials based on the information and photos you provide. We do not independently verify property details such as pricing, square footage, room counts, or address accuracy.

You are solely responsible for verifying that all listing information is accurate before publishing any Verzatile-produced materials, including compliance with any applicable MLS, real estate board, or advertising disclosure requirements (for example, disclosing that staged images are virtually staged where required).

You may not use Verzatile's services to create content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or that infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Verzatile reserves the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or decline to deliver completed work at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the requested content is illegal, fraudulent, offensive, or uses copyrighted material the customer does not have permission to use.

Verzatile is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb, Zillow, or any other third-party listing platform. References to these platforms are made solely to describe common use cases for our marketing materials.

Payment processing is provided by Stripe, and other third-party tools may be used in the course of producing or delivering your materials. Your use of any third-party platform in connection with our deliverables is subject to that platform's own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verzatile's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Verzatile is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

Verzatile's services and deliverables are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that deliverables will meet every subjective expectation.

You agree to indemnify and hold Verzatile harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your submitted content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of any deliverables, including claims related to inaccurate listing information or unauthorized use of photos or other materials.

Our collection and use of personal information, including the photos, listing details, and contact information you provide, is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you also agree to the terms of that Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Verzatile's services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

Verzatile may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
