• Listing information: property address, price, square footage, beds/baths, agent branding details
• Property photos and any other media you upload for us to process
• Order details: package selected, add-ons chosen, order total

We may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as general browser and device information, for the purpose of operating and improving the site.

We use the information we collect to:

• Produce the AI-generated walkthroughs, tours, advertisements, and other deliverables you order
• Process payment and send order confirmations
• Communicate with you about your order, including delivery and revisions

• Improve our website and services
• Meet legal and accounting obligations

Photos and listing details you submit are used solely to produce your ordered deliverables. As stated in our Terms of Service, you're responsible for confirming you have the right to submit and use any photos or listing information you provide us.

We may retain source photos and drafts for a reasonable period after delivery to support revisions, but we don't use your property photos for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order and, unless you request otherwise, showcasing completed work in our own portfolio or marketing.

Verzatile does not collect or store your full payment card details. Payment is processed entirely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Stripe handles your card information according to its own security standards and privacy practices, which you can review directly with Stripe.

We do retain records of transaction amounts, package/add-on selections, and order status for our own accounting and customer support purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with third parties that help us operate the business, such as:

• Stripe, for payment processing
• Email and hosting providers, to deliver order confirmations and host the website

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Verzatile or others.

Our website may use basic browser storage to remember your in-progress package and add-on selections between the homepage and checkout, purely to make the checkout process smoother. This information stays on your device and is used only for that purpose.

If we add analytics tools in the future (for example, to understand which pages are most useful to visitors), we will update this policy to describe what's collected and how it's used.

We retain order and customer information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Property photos and drafts are generally retained only as long as reasonably needed to support revisions after delivery.
